    I believe it should be from 20th. They must have planned to do a draw On 28th but couldn’t complete the French score update. Hence, posted the message on 27th. What score are you at ?

    But French is the second language in nigeria. English being the first. And almost everyone studies French as a subject in school. In addition, good no of migrants from other neighbouring Francophone countries like ivory coast, Cameron, Togo migrate to nigeria !
