    SRNA IELTS requirement pre Nov 16 applicants

    I found from the SRNA website that the IELTS requirement for SRNA has changed effective 16 Nov 2010. I would like to know for pre 16 nov applicants the previous score is enough? bcoz for srna we dont need to submit the ielts with the intital application. We can submit it later. Pls comment
