I only knew email id of HALIFAX office. Sorry about that ..u can look up on this forum or any other forum.

I was in same scenario so i would suggest you to send email or fax to Montreal office. That’s what i did after waiting for almost 8 months from Halifax office.

what i did is ordering GCMS notes of my PR card & entered exact information from notes to link my application.That worked for me
