So how long after did you get your PPR?

I contacted IRCC via webform on Nov 13 and Dec 10th with basically the same update above. My visa office is Ottawa. Any guesses if my case is stuck and how long should I expect them to verify the eligibility? I ordered GCMS via gcmsbuddy.com and got a reply saying it'll take 90 days due to volume.
