***August 2019 AOR Tracking - join here***

I contacted IRCC via webform on Nov 13 and Dec 10th with basically the same update above. My visa office is Ottawa. Any guesses if my case is stuck and how long should I expect them to verify the eligibility? I ordered GCMS via gcmsbuddy.com and got a reply saying it'll take 90 days due to volume.

Have you tried the webform? I am not sure if its effective but early on I send a message regarding my refusal but got somewhat generic response saying apply again. I sent a message today asking for my VO. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

No idea on how many turn into eAPR. That 30% refusal rate was a guesstimate which included declined invitations by candidates and refused applications by IRCC, I missed 10% based on your 60% success rate. I also hadn't considered people submitting at a later point. I agree that a 10% is a good...

***August 2019 AOR Tracking - join here***

There was 7200 ITAs issued in August 2019 If we assume 30% will be or is refused then we have 5040 applications. Myimmitracker has 394 reported cases for August 2019. That is about 5% of total cases or 8% of potentially successful cases. These charts are helpful but take it with a big pinch of...

Ray of Hope - 123rd Draw

Not all PNP candidates go through express entry system. Those that are linked to the express entry system will receive from the federal or provincial draws which invite the majority of the PNP candidates. Atleast that's me haphazard understanding, someone else can correct me on this. Of that...

Ray of Hope - 123rd Draw

You are right about the targets and my main point being that the issued ITAs always is greater than previous year, so for 2019 it will most likely be 89000+ issues. This averages at 3900 ITA's for the rest of the year.

Ray of Hope - 123rd Draw

The chances of having a 3900 draw size is very high for the rest of the year. How? That leaves IRCC with 32,400 ITAs to be issued to meet 2019 target, however historically they have always issued more ITAs than previous years. Even if they only want to issue 88000 which is 1000 under last...

Ray of Hope - 123rd Draw

I don't quite get the question, if the draw doesn't happen, how will you get an ITA in the first place to accept it? If the draw happens and you get the ITA then no need to update unless IRCC explicitly asks for a new result. IRCC requirement is that the results be valid when you submit not...

Ray of Hope - 123rd Draw

if the next draw happens before Aug 17th then you are safe to submit the application ASAP before it expires. Regardless I would be booking the earliest date available right now. Even if the draw happens early, your application might be refused or cancelled like mine(incomplete), not that I am...

Ray of Hope - 123rd Draw

That was not the reason for the gap though. It was arbitrary that the draw happened only for FST. No official communication regarding the reason for a long gap was given. Anything said on these forums or news articles are merely speculations. I do not know if IRCC ever discusses their draw...

Ray of Hope - 123rd Draw

The shortest gap was in 2017 for 5 days, so the probability of a draw later this week is very low. I am not sure about draws later in the day but my guess is that probability is low there as well. http://www.immigrationnews.ca/2018/01/02/3-years-express-entry-program/
