IMM5768 June 2019 Question 7 does not allow typing anything in the box. Should I submit the old form? Or handwrite after printing?

I am also seeing the old form. Are people submitting the newer form?

Sorry for posting the 4th message in the row. IMM5768 seems to be also updated: 06/2019. I'm re-doing this one as well. However, looks like they broke the form! I cannot enter anything in the field for question 7 (total number of persons). Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Also, to note, the generated barcode does seem to include the date when the form is validated. Might be important, in case if you're looking to put an earlier date for the signature or something...

Ugh... Who updates the forms in the middle of the process! Has anyone called IRCC and confirmed that using the old forms is ok?

Got one more question for the experts. On form Background/Declaration (IMM 5669), my grandfather (person I am sponsoring) wrote his name (in cursive) and signed in the signature box. Would that be a problem? Should he have just signed it without adding his name?
