Ordered CBSA notes from gcmsnotes.com. First time ordering these - not sure if that matters.

I ordered CBSA notes actually. On 10th Feb. Got them in 13 days. The format of the notes is slightly different - more info. Ordered from the site that @caipsnotes recommended.

Funnily enough, I did. So I ordered GCMS notes on 10th Feb, and received them on 23rd Feb. Turns out, they had extended my medicals on 29th October 2020, until 29th April 2021. I had perviously ordered, and received, my GCMS notes on 23rd October 2020, so it didn't reflect in those. And then...

Thank you @legalfalcon. I got the 1.5 years from Indian laws - apparently in India you need to be separate for a year after filing one motion and then for another 6-months, before divorce is granted. In Canada, like you said, its 1-year. Thank you for your responses. Hopefully this will be helpful.

Yes, but legally is a petition for divorce the same as a divorce? Petitions can be withdrawn at any point. Divorce has a time-limit.
