I think for most of us Criminality/Security not yet started. Is there a pre-requisite step to be completed before they can start Criminality/Security? Or is it just that they send security/criminality check in batches?

I haven't got PPR...still waiting...I did raise GCMS on May3rd but didn't get any response so far... Based on call response from agent: - Eligibility recommended pass - Security/Criminality not started
