I got it from a letter when they request for additional documents. It is all mentioned in the letter. I did not get an AOR .. yes you are correct they will receive the parcel and acknowledge the receipt of your application AOR. which i did not get. but i got a request

i dont have AOR. But i see a UCI and file number from a message when they ask us about missing BC.

its worth a try.. I did with my File number start with E- (i got it from a message that were missing one BC) but i never got the AOR.

anyone link there account using the UCI #? I did not receive my AOR but i link my application in Canada account.
