PCC and travel forms were requested back in Mid October 2019.

I am on the same boat as you, my file is also with CPC-mississaiga, May 24 applicant and Decision made for PA is FEB 19,2020. Did you receive a Pre-arrival letter? I got that the same day as decision made.
