Hi, proceed to make payment for your spouse and then upload it to through web form with a request letter to add him to your application. Same thing happened to me and my spouse was added only after I made payment.

I received a request to pay biometrics fees today . I did biometrics in 2015 before coming to Canada as a student. My profile currently shows : Date of biometrics entry: April 21, 2015 Expiration: April 21, 2025 Has anyone ever receive such request? Anyway I made the payment immediately

So I woke up to the update below: Your application is taking us longer that usual to process. ☹️ Completed 6 months today May 24, 2019. I wonder how long more I have to wait Since the progress bar has stopped moving . ☹️

I’ve got no clue on how to identify my VO. Reading this forum made me realize I’ve been sleeping. I have never called CIC nor request for any update, I usually login to my account once in 2 weeks . I feel like I’m the only applicant who doesn’t disturb CIC
