I received an updated letter from IRCC with instructions for Delhi. Heading there right now to submit my passport! For the photograph I saw VFS has photo service, not sure if that can be used for PR applicants as well. I guess I’ll just ask VFS if it does, and it doesnt if they someone nearby.

I’m being skeptical since its IRCC and I don’t expect timely responses, but is it okay to take the print of the Ready for Visa email (which has instructions for mailing for US/Canada applicants), my passport and photos to my local VFS (New Delhi)?

That sucks, I thought they would ask something in cases like these. I dont know how appeals work, but can you do that with updated job duties letter? Or are you gonna re-apply?

I agree, going back to US was always a choice, but I was looking forward to Canada. I didnt want to go back to not knowing where I stand immigration wise.
