For me I got AOR from NDVO itself. In the message content at the bottom the address says New Delhi. Where do you see its from Etobicoke? In the message content or in email?

Instead of Schedule A and PCC, I received ADR for Schedule 4 : Provincial Nominee only from NDVO last month

Nothing will happen you can upload as well as send via email both have same effect, only the document content should be same. I did both

NDVO is very ridiculous in processing. I have done medical based on their request second time and after two month of that, asking Schedule 4 again. Actually it was submitted while applying but now they are asking it again. Its being one month, nothing after that. Frankly to say, you may not...
