Timeline AOR - May 29 MEP - July 8 Biometrics request - July 9 I’m getting my biometrics next week. Is my application in progress still? Or is on hold until biometrics are complete?

I passed Medicals on 07/10 with an AOR on 05/31. I also got two emails, which I believe were for MEP and for Biometrics. I'm a USA applicant. I can't get Biometrics done for another two weeks. Will my application processing or background check be held up until I get the biometrics complete?
