Submitted outland spousal application on April 13th still waiting for AOR

You will receive email from CIC for the next step. Wait for a day or may be two. I got e-mail and they asked to submit photo and copy of copr to process my PR card. So I submitted these documents.This is my experience uptil now.

It's almost a year and I am still stuck in background process. Is that something we can do for our application ? I got AOR on May 19th,2019 still showing application is in progress. I am tired:(.....

May 19, 2019 AOR-CEC,Visa Office-Montreal. Background check and eligibility check is still in progress. Fingers crossed.
