Yeah I am applying for study permit, but it has the same problem 02-2019 is uploading while 06-2019 is not for the past 3 days.

I also have that version but I dont want to submit it, if it goes wrong, the application fees and all the efforts and time would be wasted, I think its better to wait for some time.

yup the form is same only the Gender Column changed a bit, I hope they fix it soon

The reason why your form worked because on cic website the version is Feb-19, but on checklist the version is June-19.

search google for cic download form and guides - its will open the website - then from drop down menu select the form number and click on get the form. But I dont think you should do it - it is recommended to use latest forms, I am still waiting for cic to fix their website

I have the same problem but in study permit IMM1294 form, I think they updated the pdf version of forms but didnt update their website to accept them
