You could have given Upfront medical exam. Mine updated just after applying visa.

They don't even take leg's picture or ask about them. They will ask if you have tribulus and take blood test for HIV and other viruses.

Almost all schools will accept PTE. And I think you can issue study visa with PTE score. People using TOEFL scores for study visa why not PTE ? Tell me if it's wrong.
