Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Hi guys, I had these updates on my application: On GCKey: "August 29: You passed the medical exam" On ECAS: "Decision Made" I had MP at May 2018 but GCKey always showed "You don't need a medical exam.... ". And ECAS shows DM but doesn't say which is the DM! I became very paranoid with...

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Hi! I don't want to be rude, but your question is not suited for this topic here. But if you read the posts here you will understand why I suggest you to not apply to Quebec. Just a suggestion. Consider it carefully.

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Guys, When evaluating which WP is better for each case take in mind that an OWP is valid for 1 year and a closed WP is valid for 2 years.

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Yes, I saw that but didn't get much from this. What kind of "pre-screen" or "selection" are they doing after 19 months? I mean, these terms sound like something you would do at the beginning of the analysis. Well, thank you anyway. Sorry if I sound cranky. I am getting nuts with this waiting.

Hi @almost_pr, I noticed your signature (items 6 and 7 from your status) says your file was at "ready for PS" and then "PS". Do you have any idea what is that and how many time does it stay there?

Application Stages + What They Mean (MEP, IP1, IP2, Ghost Update...) - Version 2019

Hi @derkdsou, Just to update you, I received an answer for my questioning about the ghost update and IRCC just gave me the standard answer "nothing is being required from you at this moment", "everything appears to be in order with your application" and "we will inform you as soon as a decision...

Tomorrow they will make a maintenance on GCKey site. Maybe this is due to some problem that will be corrected in this maintenance.

I really hope you are right but I don't want to create any more expectations since I am a Québec applicant.

Application Stages + What They Mean (MEP, IP1, IP2, Ghost Update...) - Version 2019

Guys, just be cautious about getting excited with these ghost updates. I say this from my own experience. I noticed a ghost update 3 days ago and from what I know from my GCMS notes it would be the ghost update #3 (I have eligibility, criminality and medical passed). Today I saw that the...

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

There was something weird on my application today. My application status is "your action is required" since December 2018 (it was the request to pay the RPRF which I payed and already confirmed with IRCC that they received it. They just didn't update my account status). Today I opened my MyCIC...

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

GCMS notes have details about your application. Usually they are used if your application is rejected. For me, it helped me control my anxiety because I could see that I have criminality and eligibility already passed. If you are not in Canada you will have to pay a $5 fee. To ask for the notes...

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Was that your first GCMS notes request? I ask because in my case I asked for GCMS notes on December 2nd and on December 3rd they updated lot of things (including eligibility and criminality status to passed), but I just know that because I asked for another GCMS notes.

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Oh, yes. 4 times. Nothing weird except that seems like they didn't touch my application from April 2018 to December 2018. I also asked them my status via web form and they said everything was fine and all I had to do was wait.
