Ah, Okay.

I used the same GCKey that used when I applied for the study permit. And it shows my my UCI number on that application.

I also applied 3rd May Got the Review of eligibility notification on 4th May- "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility."

Yup, I have a valid US visitor visa. I don't know what processing time fits my case, am I Visitor visa (from inside Canada) or Visitor extension (Visitor record).
