Yes, I did in Jan. At that they said criminality is in process and said to reach out to them in first week of May of no update by that time. because they can't inquire again before 3 months. It's good your file is moving. mine is just stuck and no movement at all.

Do you have dependent or Travel history? I don't but still I am stuck. :(

I dont have any travel history. still :( i know some other applicants who doesn't have any travel history or any concern. they are also stuck in criminality since Aug/sep/oct

Mine is also stuck in whitehorse since September/October. Don't know exact date. I called in Jan starting and agent said it's in Whitehorse. so, probably for background check. I received my bio metrics refund in October. Have you passed background check?

Did you applied in Essential category? I noticed that IG category is getting processed pretty fast. I am in essential category liked application on August 11th, got Fee request on september 22nd. nothing after that. :(

Hello @Harkaran bhullar , Can you please put screenshot of reason from refusal letter ? Also, how you notified about this? You got email or GC key?

As you said above that they sent you letter on September 27 and also you got AOR on September 27th. So, i think ircc agent is referring to that email only. They cant send you refusal and aor on same day. So dont stress out. It must be confusion.
