I just an email. I send an email to my local office in hamilton this morning. Not sure I got it because of sending them email or they just do it like couple of days before actual oath date. Hopefully you will get by today or Monday latest.

Hello My test done in July and ecas went to decision made next day. Now trqcket updated last week, scheduled oath ceremony for Oct 26 but I so far I have not received any email about it. Is it normal? If yes when should I expect email from hamilton office. By the way I am August 2019 applicant.

Aug 2019 applicant July 2021 test completed July 23 2021 everything went from in process to complete, besides oath ceremony( not started). Ecas shows decision made from July 23. Hamilton office, still waiting for oath invite. Anyone waiting for long time for oath after everything completed?
