@dumbsean Congratulations!!!! Did you also fill out Goods Accompanying ? Do they ask for a Customs Declaration Card? I am planning to land on 7/17 through Peace Bridge POE and Buffalo. Any information would be very useful for me. Thanks!

@SB0715 When did you soft land? on what date? Did they ask about Quarantine plan?

So, did you move permanently? or you are planning to come back to US after quarantine? Was the officer flexible enough to let you back into the US without the quarantine of 14 days if you were planning to return to US immediately after landing?

Did you land by road or by airplane. What Port of Entry did you use? Where did you land? Is your spouse on H4?

I think you can write to them explaining them the situation, they will definitely make an exception. Its only a matter of 1 day.

Hi @maciej.w Agree that there is no clear path provided in the NBPNP website for this case. I sent them an email as well. However, I did not include the EOI form in the email. I was advised not to include the EOI form when I checked with them via phone
