Thanks for this sir - it turns out my case was EXACTLY the same as yours - I gave them my Canadian address at landing but they didnt put it on my file - what a total mess! I see you had your card approved very quickly after updating your address - when do you expect to receive it?

Guys - just a warning. I landed on 17th November 2017. Was expecting my PR card around January 16-17. I heard nothing so I have been trying to find out more by submitting CSE (outside Canada so can't call). The eventualy replied (3rd attempt at contacting via CSE) and it turns out THEY DID...

Anyone know how I can contact CIC from outside Canada? 3 way calling etc is not an option unfortunately. No sign of my card despite landing on 17th November, no photo requests so i am assuming that my card is either A) Lost in the post or B) Hasnt been posted for some reason. VERY frustrating.

I am the same - I have tried every possible combination (including carious formats for place of birth etc) and still I cannot link it. It is a ridiculous system when the UCI number alone is not enough to identify the applicant!

I am unable to link my application so I am wondering: will I STILL get an email from CIC if they require a new photograph for my PR card?

Thanks for your help! Unfortunately I have tried EVERY possible combination of entry with absolutely no success, it really is quite ridiculous. I have submitted a CSE and if I do not hear back from that I will try to call them. Thanks again for your help!

THanks for this help! Is it the information from the passport or the info on the COPR that I should be using? Also - for "Date you became a PR" this is the date I landed in Canada, is this correct? Thanks for taking the time to reply!

Anyone else unable to connect their PR card application to their account? No matter WHAT I try it simply says "their is no record of this application". I landed in November in Toronto. Very frustrating as my card has still not shown up.

Hi guys How long does it typically take to get the COPR from London? I did not have to send passport as I am from a Visa exempt country but I did send the photos etc as requested and they received them on Monday 16th October. Just curious as to how long it may take. Thanks in advance!
