I has been applied for visitor visa in GC Key in July 2020 and still in process. Now I decide that I am applying again on new IRCC portal. But I am confuse should I withdrawn old application or apply without withdrawn old application. Please share your opinion. Thanks

I am a student and studying in university in my home country. Recently I got United Kingdom visitor visa my parents has own bussiness and they also support me if I apply for Canada should I get visitor visa and how much chances of approval.
