It appears that the "move permanently" clause has been removed from the CIC website now, does that mean we can go for soft landing, visit for a couple of days and then return back to the US now like old times?

Yes post March. Copr expired July 2021, AOR May 2019 and COPR issued October 2020

I am the primary applicant and have 2 other accompanying dependents on the application. Btw, I didn’t get any acknowledgment back for my response to the email, and my online application still says “approved” and no ghost updates. Hopefully they received my response!

From what I can see in those questions, the class is already pre-populated, so you can probably leave it as it is (for me it was pre-populated as FSW), and regarding the other question, it asks to list only dependents who are traveling to Canada with you, so I am not sure why would want to...
