What if I applied to the Immgriation for USA throughout marriage and I got divorced before and I cancel the Immigration papers before I get the get the permanent ? Do I have to mention it in question 13

do i have to make the marital status Married in the Application of the PR and the work Permit ? and only attach the letter from the court that is prove the i filed for divorce with the work permit and PR?
