Time elapsed since i submitted my application is 5 months. If the application is sent back from Canada to Country of Origin, why would i have to wait for 12 months?? And they send back the application only if its approved rite? Help me on this please!!

Got a mail from CIC stating the PR application is sent to Delhi visa office from Mississauga. What does this mean? I have already completed biometric and medical exam. How much more time it would take?

My PR application is moved from Mississauga office to Delhi Visa office. Have already completed biometric test and medical exam. Final request for supporting document was made after that, which was provided within a week. After 2 weeks I got this mail saying that the application is transferred...
