Hi Sama, Please could you confirm the amount you’ve paid for them? If Cad100/applicant then you’re yet to pay a further biometric fee of Cad85. Once this is furnished, in max 2-3 working you should be receiving the letters. If already paid, should not take more than 2-3 business days. Good luck!
