I believe there are two things here at play. 1. Visa Office 2. Visa Officer the processing queue must differ at different Visa offices. They may not be following the same rule at all the offices. And once the application in queue, it may depend on the visa officer's availability, workload and...

May AoR seems to be going slow. I understand its just 3 months, but there should be some movement specially for CEC. What you guys think?

Avg. timing for Edmonton seems to be between 100-120 days. so it should be fine

both CPC or IRCC seems very delayed.. i am closing on 100 days post AoR and have no news post med and criminality.

Doesn't seem to have a pattern with the processing timeline. My file is also at Edmonton. AOR- 21st May. MED - 2nd July. Was told by the agent over the phone that Criminality and Eligibility passed on July 9th. Waiting since then :)

I believe you have to talk to the agent and request to resend the email
