    I think if your new job in same province and same NOC related then just provide new job letter with details what ircc ask for? Let them decide if new pnp certificate is necessary or not.

    Same here, I had ADR as job offer letter in August after 10 days eligibility passed. NOW everything passed ..... BUT WAITING FOR PPR.....

    That was my 3rd adr on 27 aug2020 -job offer letter My agent submitted via webform due to no link in gc key account.
