Don't worry about the dates as long as the medical got extended. The way process is trending as per your previous medicals and the extension you should definitely receive PPR by next week.

I do login to cic website everyday atleast 10 times past so many months like many others lol, so the section under PR which indicates submitted changed to file updated three times now as mentioned earlier. What is your timeline ?

AR JAN 29 MP JULY 7 2018 Pre arrival letter Aug 28 1st update - 14 June 2nd update - 9 July 'status changed to don't require medicals' 3rd update today -10 July 'medical passed July 9, 2019' so it's extended now. And for some reason I can't login past couple of hours. Good news by next week maybe ?

2 weeks back I called they said background check under process. No further information. Today when I called the waiting time was like 30 min so I requested a call back. I did not receive the call. So I guess I will wait for Monday now. Right now the status has changed back to submitted.

Yes that is true. My friends also got PR in the timeframe of 16-20 months, so June has to be the golden month :D
