Hi Manpreet , it happens many time that SOWP get refused because of 205c (ii). I have seen numerous cases and also get through them. Yes you can apply again and get throgh it. Before that needs to check whats your current status is.

Yes officially they say it takes 90-120 days, but it keep on changing on the number of applications they received. Presently the avg time has been reduced to 8-9 weeks on application which has been Applied in recent 2 weeks .

Don’t worry .you will get the visa next time. it happens many time that you get refusal on first time and than get through in the second attempt.
