Is this possible PG diploma for 2 yrs with first year fee 10-12 k so that I can manage 1st year around 25k

I know but my planning is if I don't succeed in Canada I can come back India and easily resume my life that is why I keep my budget at low.

Can pay only 10000-12000 cad for 1st year fee. Plz suggest some.
