Is there anyway I can link my application with the online account to follow their status? I try to link it but it shows that they couldnt find my application. Is it because they havent start reviewing my application?

If you have the checklist file. Use forms from the link that the checklist provides and follow the instruction on how to fill each form and you will be good :)
