Expired CoPR issued after March 18th 2020 share your status here

Hi, any updates from your side? I am thinking of contacting my VO even though IRCC has made it very clear not to contact them nor the VOs. But I think our situation is really complicated. Let me know if anything happened with your applications.

Expired CoPR issued after March 18th 2020 share your status here

Hi, We are in the same situation as you’re. We have received our COPR and visa in January 2020, and we planned to land in Canada in May 2020. After March 2020 we couldn’t travel and our COPR had expired in June 2020. In August 2020 we got our first baby. As you did we contacted IRCC and we did...

COPR extension due to COVID 19 (unable to travel)

Nothing new. We will just have to wait. The sad thing is that even when you extend your PRV, your new visa will be considered as post Mar 18 visa, and you will not be exempted from travel to Canada. So we have to wait till all travel restrictions are lifted.

The extension is far from being an easy procedure, it’s a whole new process that no one knows how long it will take or if...

    COPR and coronavirus

Actually it turned out that even if you get the visa extension, your new visa will be issued after March 18 and you will not be exempted from the travel ban. My COPR expired on the 11th of May and my application was reopened. I have raised a webform before the expiry of my COPR, and I have...
