Hey guys, after the PPR email is received via CIC account. In upload documents there is a spot called " Passport" as the passport have to be sent for Visa - do I need to upload anything?

In my case the Medicals were passed June 3rd 2019. but the ecas login account shows " You Passed the Medical June 23 -2018 " - Strange. Do i need to contact them get that corrected or ignore? Please advise
