    Landing during Covid

    Some news online (maybe outdated) said only PR case approved before Mach 16, 2020 can enter Canada... Just would like to confirm that it is not the case now. I think PR case approved after March 16, 2020 are allowed to enter Canada and finish the landing process. Am I correct? Thanks!

    Divorce certificate

    Immigration requested the divorce certificate with notorization. In China, if the divorce is through mediation by the court, there is no divorce certificate. Has anyone encountered this situation before? Please advise how to deal with it. Thanks!

    The courier address seems same as regual mailling address as :CPC-PGP, PO Box 8020 STN T CSC, Ottawa, ON, K1G 3H6 for parent sponsorship grogram. Can i fedex the application package from outside of Canada to this PO box address as indicated on their website? Thanks, much appreciated!
