I have received message that passport has been couriered back from Canada Visa Applicatio center, but did not get any tracking id. Anybody here at same stage? Its been 2 days now

Major checkpoints for my application: Passport submitted - 9 dec Received Under process at IRCC - 14dec Counterfoil received - 15dec Correspondence letter - 16dec Decision envelop couriered from VAC - 16dec Waiting for Passport :)

My timeline: Online application - May 30th 2020 SDS AIP - August 13th 2020 Biometrics Submission - November 27th 2020 OPR - December 3rd 2020 Waiting on reply from VFS regarding passport submission.

At what time did you receive the OPR/PPR. Is it during India time IST or Canadian time EST

Waiting for PPR. Biometrics done on 27th November. Applied in May, AIP in August 2020. Attending online classes.

I noticed current status changed from "Your action is required" to "Submitted". Did anyone else notice same in cic online login? I have not submitted the biometrics as VACs are closed. I though status will remain as "Your action is required" until i submit my biometrics

Don't go with this online status. For me it is still showing pending Background and eligibility but i have received email for final interview. Last change i saw was on same day when i received email and it was for Review of additional documents, status got changed from Reviewing to Not applicable

oh ok. Thank you so much for taking your time to explain this :) one last question. can we ask for appointment on any date after confirmation, as in my case if i get confirmation in december 2019 can i ask for appointment in feb 2020? or they give any date range or maximum number of days?

what about passport then? do we need to submit it anywhere for stamping? I am currently on work permit till March 2020 and i will be travelling in Jan 2020. What if i get confirmation same like you. for after interview do they keep passport with them-self? and return with PR card? Thanks for...
