I've spent tens of hours on this site and still missed that OWP checklist. Thank you a million times. Reading it clears up my question and so I wont be sending two trees. The fees error was burnt into my mind so luckily I dodged that one.

Oh I didn't even know about the Imm5556 Checklist. We haven't filled out a IMM5409 Common law union statutory declaration. Damn.

Hey Jazz, thanks, that clears things up a little. It may not be the nicest thing to do to the agent but it sounds like sending a whole package of duplicates in a folder called "Duplicates for OWP" will work. Overkill, annoying but work.
