Finally got my card today :) they refused the picture on the 27th because my scanner showed it pretty dimmed had to use my phone to make it clearer. What’s funny my picture on the portal still says under review ,but I just found the card in the mail yay! This brutal journey is finally over...

Thank you :) So I didn’t receive that email or the pre arrival email the only thing I received was the portal information request then the portal.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do right now other than wait It’s not only you everyone is waiting I called multiple times there’s no processing time for this phase. Check your first portal email at the bottom this problem is with Montreal IRCC.

Just talked to an agent and based on what she said the priority for the people with copr date of expiry mine is July 2024

Anyone got their ecopr ? I’m waiting since the 27 of September

You’re In the same boat as me. when did you submit your address and the picture ? I’m waiting since September 27 for ecopr, but a lot of people waiting some been waiting more than 50 days so this might take a while like 2+ months :(

Wow that’s why you should always call and make sure everything is fine. Same thing happened to me, but I was behind more than 2 weeks for them to resend it. Now you have to wait for ecopr which will probably take a while to get, as apparently there’s backlog on the portal too! Been waiting since...

So apparently the time waiting for ECOPR doesn’t really count towards your processing time so more waiting in the portal is expected for anyone got their portal 2. Some people have been waiting for two months this is ridiculous 20+ months and plus more waiting!

how long did it take after submitting the picture and address in the portal to be approved ? Because I submitted mine and it’s been 3 weeks and still In review with IRCC :(

it’s all based on luck you could get it tomorrow you could get it a month from now! I haven’t got mine yet and it’s been two weeks I never got pre arrival email, but the agent on the phone told me I got it December 2022

Ugh wow you have been waiting for a month ….so it can take this long! The whole process is stupid and should’ve been finalizes in one year but because we are refugees we treated differently.

I was so happy and I felt so relieved when I got my portal invite 1 and 2 the next day! I thought it’s finally over! But I was wrong lol! After submitting my picture and address I’m now waiting for them to review it and it’s been two weeks so far ugh why it’s so slow! :(

How long does it usually take after submitting my address and picture to get my ECOPR ? I submitted mine on the 27th haven’t got anything so far

Don’t rely on that just call and ask about your application status mine still showing they are processing my background check and I’m at the final stage waiting for them to review the picture and my address for ECOPR.

Thank you :) I still haven't got my copr yet. I honestly don't know I haven't received pre arrival or eligibility passed email! the only email I got was additional documents on August 2022 then the portal.
