Hi, I got a similar letter in mail 3-4 weeks after I applied. I called the CIN number centre (which is in the letter) and they had no idea what had happened. Maybe the officer who worked on our file didn't know about the new way of PR application?! I applied again.

This is interesting. However, they do ask for signed CoPR. Unfortunately for the family class they don't mail the CoPR :-( I hope they will figure out how to deal with the family class soon.
