Hello All, Is there any way to Contact London Office via Phone? I have emailed them but haven't heard back. Permanent Residence File was Application Received from Oct 2019 and "In Process" since Jan 2020 and no update so far.

@robertp @YULIA-2016 Line 45 Email received Sponsor has met requirements and LVO is London, ON Additional Document requested in August 2019 was Sponsor's Birth Certificate which was provided.

I am on same boat, My Mother is here in Canada. Can you let me know what would be our next steps? She doesnt have US Visa either, Can we just send request via Webform for exempt?
