I got two copies of CoPR, one with photo affixed and another one without photo. In the information letter, there are details about the validity, what to do if any information changes etc.

IRCC agent never suggested me that option. They advised me to raise a web form to get alternate option

Yes, I am inland applicant. I did raise a web form explaining my situation and also sent email to Ottawa office. I always got generic reply. My application not yet approved - not sure why - May be because I didn’t send my dependent’s passport

Thanks! I don't think that's the right way to do it. It should be stamped in India. Not Sure whether we can send Passport from India.
