Well today is 11 months since AOR...... no end in sight

I call them every 2 weeks and order GCMS notes after I receive the notes. I am at 11 months waiting so that's my rationale for doing it this way

Feb 6th was assigned to CB01126, but I called on the 7th of Aug and my Eligibility had passed and now in background checks and final review.

I'm from December 13, I passed eligibility RR on the 7th AUG , have been in background checks and final review by officer since then, still don't have my PPR.

They are not happy with something or they need further looking into something in your application, this is what takes the extra time. Don’t worry many people go through it, if they need more documents or an explanation they will contact you. They just doing a more in-depth review of your application

It was an issue with criminality, was arrested and released in 2004, and although I don’t have a criminal record from it, I had to declare it under statutory questions
