I am also in the same situation. I thought to increase score by giving IELTS, but I can improve only by 6 points, which of course not going to help. Only one hope, if Ontario picks up NOC 2173 ... :(

I submitted the profile on 29th March.

I have total 11 years of exp. So Can I say that first 5 yrs I have exp under NOC 2174 and then latest 6 yrs under NOC 2173 ?
