    COPR and coronavirus

Quick question, our COPR from before 18 MAR 2020 has already expired. We have now moved to another address in our country. Is it required to submit a webform to IRCC about this change? Thanks to anyone who may know.

Same boat with you on receiving the mail and not replying. Would be interesting to know what will be the process once we can actually travel

    COPR and coronavirus

Hi, I'm in the same boat, but I did not reply to that e-mail. See my post on page 914 https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/copr-and-coronavirus.681880/post-9105916 Also, some other members replied and are in a similar situation! Seems we just need to wait and...

    COPR and coronavirus

“Visitors, students and workers whose valid temporary status expired, or expires, between January 30, 2020 and May 31, 2021 will have until August 31, 2021, to restore their status. ” This is what IRCC recently published about temporary residents. Such a clear statement would be greatly...

    COPR and coronavirus

Good to hear someone’s still in the same boat. Let’s see if they will reply you anything, would be great if you could share it later... That was also my concern, that they did not say anything about those who cannot travel. But finally, my understanding of the communications was that it-can be...

    COPR and coronavirus

Hi all, my COPR was from before 18 MAR, and I did not travel due to COVID. I received the “7 point email” in December, but did not respond to it because I could not travel on such short notice (it was explicitly mention to ONLY reply if I am sure I can come to Canada soon) Anyone else who did...

    Ray of hope 122th draw

Don't worry too much about 60% or 70% or 80%. There is no "official requirement" to match a certain percentage of main duties. In general, of course, the more the better. Jurisprudence has established that "more than one" of the main duties must be matched, instead of "more than half". Please...

Ray of Hope - 120th Draw

Don't worry, the draw will come. We shouldn't focus too much on the maintenance notice, of course everyone tries to make some predictions, but the most logical explanation is that it has nothing to do with the draws. As a fun-fact, some time ago people thought that if there is a notice, there...

Let's hope it's true and there is a draw tonight!

Ray of Hope - 120th Draw

Is there any evidence that that "maintenance notice" has anything to do with an upcoming draw? I have followed this for a while, and it seems they have this maintenance notice every week no matter if there is a draw or not. Solooks like maintenance is maintenance, and a draw is a draw.
