I waited in the queque for 40 mins. i pressed 0 as well

I thought so too, but was able to connect to the agent. it was a 40 min wait though

Similar timeline. I spoke to the CIC call center agent just now, my files still in cpcm, and they are working with limited capacity and he told me that eligibility and security havent started yet ( I know we cant rely on the agents answers but gives me hope)

Looking at the tracker, looks like they stopped processing the applications in Mississauga. I'm just worried that the application may get transferred to ndvo again. Lets update each other if ECAS changes. Thanks guys :)
