I got to know about it from the revert that Goodale's office sent me. Maybe you should try sending an email to him and inquire about your application status. When I had earlier called IRCC on 26th Aug they did not really provide any details other than what I was seeing on the portal.

Hi everyone One day left for the six months timeline to end. Have had no update since bio-metrics. Does eligibility and BG get updated only at the time of PPR or before? I am unsure if it's normal to see no update under the said categories. Please help if you have any information. TIA.
