I guess you don't get the point! I have all the qualifications required,but the problem is that in Albania,which is the country where Im immigrating from,the revenues are too low and it is difficult for a person to afford the 20.000 $CAD .If the revenues were higher maybe we wouldn't consider...

It's not about welfare ,it's about a social support which as far as I know the Quebec province provides during the period of adopting with the country .I mean...If an economic immigrant had 20.000 $ CAD in his bank account,why should he immigrate?

I know that,that's why I think Quebec might be a better choice,cause as far as I know,the government over there provides you economic support and job offers after 3months of your settlement

I've done some of them and it seems that Im eligible for Express and Quebec too.But since Quebec procces is blocked ,and on the other side the Express Entry requires a huge amount of Funds proof...I dont know..maybe it is better to work on french,and apply in Quebec ,if the system will be...
