Delhi immigrantion has not responded to multiple emails sent to them. Which led to this entire issue, have been sending emails about the situation since the day I got to know. Not even responding to refund request or reconsidering.How do I make my message heard.

i did some reading and it says that , http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=741&top=23 "If you withdraw your eTA application, we can’t refund your fee."
