    I had an ADR for the same reason. I obtained letter from Bank stating that the FDs can be withdrawn prematurely and current balance is XXX. It is as good as liquid funds, not linked to any Loan and readily available.

    I didnot knew then but since my application is approved now and I can see the date of eligibility cleared, i know retrospectively that it was the same day when ADR status changed.

    Just got my CIC account updated after PPR and COPR. Based on dates mentioned now, ADR turned to "Not Applicable" on the day when eligibility was cleared. Hope same is the case for you. Good Luck!
